Code of Conduct

The following Code of Conduct applies to all Onemana SLSC Members.


As an Onemana SLSC and SLSNZ Member, you are expected to meet the following standards:

  • Respect the rights, dignity and worth of others.
  • Be fair, considerate and honest in all dealings with others and the Club.
  • Be professional, and accept responsibility for, your actions.
  • Make a commitment to providing a quality service.
  • Be aware of, and maintain an uncompromising adherence to SLSNZ and Onemana SLSC standards, rules, regulations and policies.
  • Operate within the Constitutions, Regulations, Policies and Procedures of SLSNZ and Onemana SLSC.
  • Understand your responsibility if you breach the Code of Conduct or are aware of any breaches.
  • Refrain from any form of abuse towards others.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment towards others.


Onemana SLSC expects all members, supporters, advisors and associates of the Club to abide by:

  • The Code of Conduct upholds the principles and values of the Club.
  • The SLSNZ member Protection Regulations.

Members should recognise that they have a duty of care to all other Onemana SLSC and SLSNZ members at all times.

Specifically, a Member should:

  • Understand the possible consequences of breaching the Club’s Code of Conduct.
  • Immediately report any breaches of the Code of Conduct by a member to the appropriate person.
  • Refrain from any form of abuse towards others.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment towards others.
  • Provide a safe environment for the conduct of Club activities in accordance with relevant Onemana SLSC and SLSNZ policies.
  • Show concern and caution towards others who may be sick or injured.
  • Be a positive role model.
  • Never act in any way that may bring disrepute or disgrace to the Onemana SLSC, its members, stakeholders, or sponsors.
