ONEMANA SURF LIFESAVING CLUB

What our Lifeguards get up to!

Being a small club there are lots of opportunities to be involved in all areas of the club, whether that be patrolling, assisting with Nippers and Rookies, beach education, IRB's maintenance, being a committee member or being part of our social media team.

Our lifeguards train in the on and off-season doing first aid, swim and IRB training, as well as many more activities including our own lifeguard camp at the beginning of the season.

Opportunities are available for lifeguards to upskill at courses run by the Eastern Region SLSNZ including First aid, Intermediate guard school, Patrol captains, Instructor training, IRB crew, IRB driver, Rock training and rescue, Marine VHF radio operators, Board rescue and Advance lifeguard course.
